  • 2 tbsps (28 ml) olive oil
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 950 ml low-salt vegetable broth
  • 4 950 ml water
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tsps chopped fresh parsley

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
  2. Cover and cook on high 7 hours
  3. Yield: 6 servings
  4. Per serving: 434 g water; 193 calories (27% from fat, 21% from protein, 52% from carb)
