Hash Brown Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1/4 C. butter, melted
  • 5 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 C. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 C. cooked ham
  • 1/4 C. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Coat a pie dish with oil and then set your oven to 375 degrees before doing anything else
  2. Fill your pie dish with the potatoes and press them down to form a crust
  3. Now coat the potatoes with melted butter
  4. Cook the pie dish in the oven for 17 mins

Now Get A Bowl, Combine.pepper, whisked eggs, salt, milk, ham, and cheese

  1. Enter this mix into the pie dish, over the potatoes, and cook the quiche in the oven for 22 more mins
