Keto Green Tomato Chutney

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lime juice
  • 1/2 small red onion, cut in a few hunks
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 160 ml olive oil

Method

  1. Chop up the cilantro enough to fit it in your food processor with the S-blade in place
  2. Add everything else but the olive oil and pulse until everything’s fairly finely minced
  3. Scrape the resulting incredibly fragrant mixture into a bowl and whisk in the olive oil
  4. Spoon over a grilled steak or anything else you can think of!

Makes 6 servings of roughly 2 tablespoons (30 ml)

  1. Each serving will have 3 grams of carbohydrate, with a trace of fiber, and a trace of protein
