Ingredients
- Serves: 4
- 14 oz can chickpeas, drained
- 3 cup sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground turmeric
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 13 oz can cream
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 large onion, chopped
Method
- Heat oil in the pan over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and ginger to the pan and saute for 5 minutes.
- Add onion mixture into the blender along with honey, spices, cream, and salt and blend until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and curry blend into the slow cooker and stir well.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
- Serve and enjoy.
