Radish And Anchovy Butter Finger Sandwiches

Ingredients

Makes 6

  • 3 canned anchovy fillets, drained
  • 1 tbsp (15g) butter, at room temperature
  • 4 slices white bread, thinly cut
  • 5 radishes, very thinly sliced

Method

  1. Finely chop the anchovies and then use a fork to mash them into the butter
  2. Mix until really wel combined
  3. Spread 2 slices of bread with the anchovy butter, then add a layer of radish slices on each
  4. Top with the remaining slices of bread, remove the crusts, and cut into finger sandwiches
  5. Serve immediately
