Easy Tzatziki Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

Makes a good 2 cups (4 servings)

Total Time 10 minutes

  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and grated (about 2 cups)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 or 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon tahini (sesame paste)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • chopped fresh parsley or dill, for garnish (optional)

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the cucumber, yogurt, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, and salt until well combined
  2. Cover and chill until ready to serve
  3. Right before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley or dill, if desired
