Ingredients
- garlic salt
- oregano
- cumin
- 1 lb ground beef
- ¾ cup water
- salt
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tomato
- 3 romaine hearts
- ½ yellow onion
- 1 cup black olives
- 1 avocado
- 1 can salsa
- cilantro
Method
- Take out a skillet and let it heat up over the stove
- Once the skillet is warm you can add in the beef and onion and let them both cook for 10 minute so that the meat has time to brown up
- After the beef is browned you can add in the chili powder, cumin, salt, oregano, garlic salt, and water and let everything simmer for an additional 5 minutes
- Next you can take the romaine lettuce and wash it off before dividing it between two serving plates
- Top your lettuce with the meat mixture, black olives, salsa, avocado, and cilantro before serving
