Easy Katsu Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • ketchup- 1 cup
  • worcestershire sauce- 3 tablespoons
  • dry mustard powder- 3 teaspoons
  • ground ginger- 1 teaspoon
  • garlic powder- 1 teaspoon
  • ground black pepper- 2 teaspoons

Method

  1. Mix dry ingredients together throughly
  2. Add enough ketchup to make a paste
  3. Add rest of ingredients and chill for at least 1 hour
