Easy Creamy Corn Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (8.5 ounce) package dry corn bread mix
  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (14.75 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup sour cream

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9 x 9-inch casserole dish
  2. In a medium bowl combine butter, eggs, corn muffin mix, corn and sour cream
  3. Mix well and spoon mixture into prepared dish
