Ingredients
Makes about 2¼ cups
- 2 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries, blackberries, or raspberries
- 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
- 2 tablespoons raspberry liqueur, such as Chambord
Method
- In a small bowl, sprinkle the berries with the sugar
- Let stand 1 hour at room temperature
- Pass through a sieve to remove the seeds; stir in the liqueur
- Refrigerate until serving; it will keep up to 3 days
