Ingredients

- 12 ounces evaporated skim milk
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch or almond flour (low-carb)
- 1 teaspoon Butter
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, fat-free
- 1 pinch white pepper
Method
- Reserve 2 tbsps
- Evaporated Skim Milk, place the rest in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Combine the reserved milk with the cornstarch.
- Add Cornstarch to the saucepan and mix well.
- Continue cooking, stirring until the sauce has thickened.
- Stir in Butter substitute, Parmesan cheese, and white pepper.
