- 1 large cucumber, chopped into chunks
- 1 (2-inch) piece fresh ginger
- 2 small green apples, sliced into eighths
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 4 cups chopped kale
- juice of 1 lemon
Method
- Chop the veggies into 1- to 2-inch pieces to make it easier :For the juicer to masticate
- Add the ingredients alternately except :For the kale and lemon juice
- Add the kale to the juicer last, then squeeze in the lemon juice
- Divide the juice between two airtight bottles and store in the fridge
