Keto Balsamic-Parmesan Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) balsamic vinegar
  • 80 ml extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon (14 g) mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon spicy brown or Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon (6.3 g) grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  1. Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth
  2. Store in a container with a tightfitting lid and shake or whisk again before tossing with salad

Makes 6 servings
