Ingredients
- 1 lb. of chicken breasts
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1 large softball sized mango, peeled and cubed
- 1 tbsp of dried chipotle flakes
Method
- Pour the can of coconut milk into the crock pot
- Put the mango cubes and the mango pit into the crock pot
- Chop the chicken into cubes and add it as well with the chipotle flakes and mix well
- Cook for 5-6 hours on low or for 3 hours on high
