Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken
- 3 whole carrots 8 whole ribs
- celery
- 1 small onion, quartered
- clove garlic
- 3 cups chicken broth
- salt and pepper
- 1/2-2/3 cup store bought buffalo sauce
- optional: 2 tbsp butter.
Method
- Place the chicken breast in the crock pot
- Spread the garlic, carrots, celery ribs, onion and garlic on the meat
- Pour the broth over the ingredients and adjust seasonings
- Allow to cook for about 4 hours on high
- Keep aside 1/3 cup of the mixture and remove the rest of the ingredients including the vegetables
- Shred the meat, mix in with the buffalo sauce and butter
- Cook for 15-20 minutes and serve warm
