Cranberry Barbecued Turkey Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound (1.3 kg) turkey legs
  • 1 pound (455 g) jellied cranberry sauce
  • ½ cup (140 g) chili sauce
  • 2 tbsps (28 ml) cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Method

  1. Place turkey in slow cooker
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over turkey
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours
  4. Yield: 6 servings
  5. Per serving: 143 g water; 242 calories (22% from fat, 47% from protein, 32% from carb)
