Crab Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch pie) unbaked pie crust
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsps all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay)
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 cup crabmeat
- 1 pinch pie seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay), or to taste
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and put some oil over the quiche dish
- Whisk eggs, 1 tsp seafood seasoning, milk and flour thoroughly and then add some cheddar cheese and parsley
- Fold crab meat in this mixture and pour it over the prepared dish, and also add some seafood seasoning over it
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until the top of the quiche is golden brown in color
Servings : 9 inch pie
