Crab Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (9 inch pie) unbaked pie crust
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsps all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay)
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup crabmeat
  • 1 pinch pie seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay), or to taste

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and put some oil over the quiche dish
  2. Whisk eggs, 1 tsp seafood seasoning, milk and flour thoroughly and then add some cheddar cheese and parsley
  3. Fold crab meat in this mixture and pour it over the prepared dish, and also add some seafood seasoning over it
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until the top of the quiche is golden brown in color

Servings : 9 inch pie
