Crab And Avocado Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 6
  • 1 cup crab meat – cooked
  • 2 jalapeno chiles – *
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons onion – chopped
  • 1 clove garlic – finely chopped
  • pepper – dash of
  • lemon or lime wedges
  • 2 avocados – peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup tomato; chopped – 1 small
  • 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro; fresh – snipped
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups lettuce – finely chopped

Method

  1. * Jalapeno Chiles should be seeded and finely chopped.
  2. Mix all ingredients except lettuce and lime wedges.
  3. Place 1/4 cup of lettuce on each of 6 serving dishes.
  4. Divide the crabmeat mixture among the dishes.
  5. Garnish with lime wedges.
