Ingredients
Makes 2 to 3 servings
- 2 cups strong coffee, chilled
- ¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup ice cubes
- toasted shredded coconut, for garnish (optional)
Method
- In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients except the coconut and blend until frothy
- Pour into glasses and sprinkle with coconut, if using
- Serve immediately
