Cocktail Beer Ball Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground chuck
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1 cup beer
  • 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Method

  1. Form meat into balls the size of small walnuts.
  2. Brown well; pour off all grease and drain.
  3. Combine all other ingredients to make sauce and bring to a boil.
  4. Add meat balls to sauce, reduce heat and simmer two hours.
  5. Serve hot in chafing dish or serve as a main dish over rice.
