Chocolate Mint Cake Recipe
Ingredients
Servings : 4-6 dishes.
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup melted chocolate
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds, ground
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon mint extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Method
- In a bowl, mix the flax seeds with water and set aside to soak for 10 minutes
- Stir in the sugar, then incorporate the oil and melted chocolate, followed by the flour and baking powder and mint extract, as well as a pinch of salt
- Grease a small cake pan with oil and pour in the chocolate batter
- Cook in a preheated oven at 350F for 30-40 minutes
