Ingredients
Serving Size : 4
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- hot bean paste – to taste
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- ginger – grated to taste
- pasta – hot cooked fresh
- garlic – minced
- scallions – garnish shaved
Method
- Mix all ingredients and add to pasta; toss to coat, garnish and serve immediately.
- Note: Only use enough sauce to coat the pasta.
- Store any remaining sauce in the refrigerator.
