Crock Pot Salsa Chicken Slow Cooker
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup salsa package reduced sodium taco seasoning
- 1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
- 1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
Method
- In a crock pot add the chicken and sprinkle the taco seasoning, cream of mushroom soup and salsa over it
- Cook for 7 to 8 hours on a low heat setting
- Remove the pot from heat
- Add the sour cream and stir it in
- Serve warm over rice
