Ingredients
Batter
- 1kl fresh grated cassava (4 cups)
- 1 can 300 ml condensed milk
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 can 370ml Evaporated mlik
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 tbsp. melted butter
Topping
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup condensed milk
- 2 egg yolks
- grated cheese
Method
- Preheat oven at 350 F or 175 C
- Mix all the cassava ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl, combine grated cassava, coconut milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, melted butter, sugar and egg.
- Stir and mix well.
- Grease your baking pan and pour your mixture into it.
- Bake for 45 minutes to 60 minutes or until the batter tester comes out clean.
- To make the topping, mix coconut milk, condensed milk, egg yolks in a mixing bowl.
- Get the cassava from the oven.
- Then, pour the toppings over your baked cassava.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Grill (broil) for 10 minutes.
