Ingredients

- 3 pounds chicken wings
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup hot pepper sauce
- 2 ” vegetable oil – (2 to 3)
- 1 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 pound butter + one stick
- 4 ribs celery – cut into sticks
Method
- SHAKE THE CHICKEN IN A PAPER BAG WITH THE FLOUR,SALT AND PEPPER UNTIL WELL COATED.
- HEAT THE OIL IN A DEEP FAT FRYER TO 350 DEGREES.
- SHAKE Off ANY EXCESS FLOUR FROM CHICKEN AND PLACE IN THE FAT.
- FRY UNTIL DEEP GOLDEN BROWN ALL OVER.
- WHILE THE CHICKEN IS FRYING,MELT THE BUTTER WITH THE RED PEPPER FLAKES AND CAYENNE UNTIL BUBBLING.
- REMOVE FROM HEAT AND WHISK IN THE HOT PEPPER SAUCE.
- REMOVE THE CHICKEN,DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS AND TOSS WITH THE SPICY BUTTER SAUCE.
- REMOVE AND SERVE WITH BLUE CHEESE DRESSING AND CELERY STICKS.
- MAKES FOUR SERVINGS.
