Broccoli Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained
  • 1 pound shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ground black pepper to taste

Method

  1. Preheat your oven at 350 degrees F and put some oil over the quiche dish
  2. Combine broccoli, milk, flour, eggs, baking powder, salt, Cheddar cheese and black pepper in medium sized bowl
  3. Pour this mixture in the quiche dish over melted butter
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until the top of the quiche is golden brown in color
  5. Serve
