Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 g) no-salt-added ketchup
- 1 cup (225 g) brown sugar
- ½ cup (120 ml) bourbon
- 1 pound (900 g) hot dogs, sliced
Method
- Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and bourbon in slow cooker
- Put hot dogs in and heat until hot dogs are cooked
- Turn down to low and let them simmer in the sauce for at least an hour, then serve from the cooker
- Yield: 24 servings
- Per serving: 30 g water; 179 calories (61% from fat, 10% from protein, 29% from carb)
