Beef And Potato Casserole Slow Cooker
Ingredients
- 1 pound (455 g) lean ground beef
- 1 cup (160 g) chopped onion
- 1 cup (245 g) no-salt-added tomato sauce
- 340g frozen corn
- 1½ cups (90 g) potato flakes
- 1½ cups (345 g) fat-free sour cream
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) water
- 1½ cups (173 g) grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Brown beef and onion in a skillet over medium-high heat
- Drain well
- Place in slow cooker and add tomato sauce and corn and mix well
- In bowl, mix potato flakes with sour cream and water
- Spread mixture over beef
- Top with grated cheese
- Cover and cook on low for 7 to 10 hours
- Yield: 4 servings
- Per serving: 335 g water; 772 calories (54% from fat, 21% from protein, 24% from carb)
