Ingredients
- 1 cup (185 g) uncooked long-grain rice
- 2 tbsps (15 g) onion soup mix
- 4 ounces (115 g) mushrooms, sliced
- 700 ml low-salt beef broth
- 2 tablespoons 28 g unsalted butter
Method
- Mix everything together in slow cooker
- Cook for 3 hours on low setting or until rice is tender
