Barbecued Chicken Thighs Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound (1 3 kg) chicken thighs, skin removed
  • ½ cup (120 g) low-salt ketchup
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) water
  • ½ cup (115 g) brown sugar
  • 2 tbsps (15 g) low-salt onion soup mix

Method

  1. Arrange chicken in slow cooker
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken
  3. Cover and cook on high 4 to 5 hours or on low 7 to 8 hours
  4. Yield: 6 servings
  5. Per serving: 738 g water; 358 calories (23% from fat, 51% from protein, 26% from carb)
