Ingredients
- 3/4 pound (1 3 kg) chicken thighs, skin removed
- ½ cup (120 g) low-salt ketchup
- ¼ cup (60 ml) water
- ½ cup (115 g) brown sugar
- 2 tbsps (15 g) low-salt onion soup mix
Method
- Arrange chicken in slow cooker
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken
- Cover and cook on high 4 to 5 hours or on low 7 to 8 hours
- Yield: 6 servings
- Per serving: 738 g water; 358 calories (23% from fat, 51% from protein, 26% from carb)
