Ingredients
- 3 pounds (1.3 kg) boneless pork loin roast, cut in half
- 1 can (8 ounces, or 225 g) no-salt-added tomato sauce
- ¼ cup (60 ml) low-salt soy sauce
- ½ cup (100 g) sugar
- 2 tsps dry mustard
Method
- Place roast in slow cooker
- Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl
- Pour over roast
- Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours until meat is tender but not dry
- Yield: 8 servings
- Per serving: 153 g water; 323 calories (32% from fat, 48% from protein, 20% from carb)
