- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2/3 cup 2% Greek yogurt
- 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk or cashew milk
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 g) stevia in the raw (adjust to taste)
- handful of ice cubes (if desired).
Method
- Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender
- Blend until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes
- Begin at the lowest speed and gradually increase to the highest
