Baked Stuffed Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 12
  • 12 Medium Tomatoes
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Flavor Enhancer
  • 1 1/2 Cups Soft Bread Crumbs
  • 3/4 Cup Parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Basil – leaves
  • 3 Cloves Garlic – crushed
  • 1/2 Cup Butter – melted

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cut top from each tomato; scoop out seeds.
  3. Sprinkle inside with salt and flavor enhancer.
  4. In bowl, mix together bread crumbs, parsley, basil, garlic and butter.
  5. Fill each tomato with crumb mixture; place in lightly greased baking dish.
  6. Bake 25 minutes.
