Ingredients
- ½ cup (112 g) unsalted butter
- 2 tbsps (15 g) onion soup mix
- 6 large potatoes
- ½ cup (120 ml) water
Method
- Combine butter and soup mix
- Scrub potatoes and cut into ¼-inch (63 mm) slices
- Do not peel
- Alternate layers of potatoes and butter mixture in slow cooker
- Pour water over top
- Cook on low approximately 1½ to 2 hours
- Yield: 6 servings
- Per serving: 322 g water; 397 calories (35% from fat, 7% from protein, 58% from carb)
