Bacon Swiss Cheese Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 tbsps butter, melted
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
Method
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and put some oil over the quiche dish
- Cook bacon over medium heat until brown and then crumble
- Put cheese and this crumbled bacon at the bottom of the dish and now mix milk, eggs, onion, salt and some butter in a bowl and add into the pan
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes or until the top of the quiche is golden brown in color
