Bacon Swiss Cheese Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 4 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 tbsps butter, melted
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and put some oil over the quiche dish
  2. Cook bacon over medium heat until brown and then crumble
  3. Put cheese and this crumbled bacon at the bottom of the dish and now mix milk, eggs, onion, salt and some butter in a bowl and add into the pan
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes or until the top of the quiche is golden brown in color
