Ingredients
- Serving Size : 4
- 4 Slices Bacon
- 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Dash Pepper
Method
- Saute bacon until crisp; drain on absorbent paper.
- Crumble; set aside.
- Stir vinegar and remaining ingredients into bacon drippings; heat to boiling.
- Pour hot dressing over salad greens; toss.
- Garnish with crumbled bacon; serve immediately.
