Arizona Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 eggs
- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 (9 inch) unbaked pie crusts
Method
- Preheat your oven at 400 degrees F and put some oil over the quiche dish before setting aside a mixture of salt, flour and baking powder
- Whisk eggs and flour mixture together thoroughly before adding Colby-Monterey Jack cheese, spinach, green chills, cottage cheese and melted butter into it
- Pour this mixture evenly into the quiche dishes
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes before turning the heat down to 350 Degrees F and baking for another 40 minutes or until the top of the quiche is golden brown in color
