Air Fryer Toasted Coconut Flakes Recipe

Ingredients

SERVES 4.

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup granular erythritol
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Toss coconut flakes and oil in a large bowl until coated
  2. Sprinkle with erythritol and salt
  3. Place coconut flakes into the air fryer basket
  4. Adjust the temperature to 300°F and set the timer for 3 minutes
  5. Toss the flakes when 1 minute remains
  6. Add an extra minute if you would like a more golden coconut flake
  7. Store in an airtight container up to 3 days
