Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 1/4 cup granular erythritol
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Method
- Toss coconut flakes and oil in a large bowl until coated
- Sprinkle with erythritol and salt
- Place coconut flakes into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 300°F and set the timer for 3 minutes
- Toss the flakes when 1 minute remains
- Add an extra minute if you would like a more golden coconut flake
- Store in an airtight container up to 3 days
