Air Fryer Teriyaki Wings Recipe
Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup sugar-free teriyaki sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Method
- Place all ingredients except baking powder into a large bowl or bag and let marinade for 1 hour in the refrigerator
- Place wings into the air fryer basket and sprinkle with baking powder
- Gently rub into wings
- Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 25 minutes
- Toss the basket two or three times during cooking
- Wings should be crispy and cooked to at least 165°F internally when done
- Serve immediately
