Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 1 pound salmon, skin and bones removed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (or liquid aminos)
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- juice of 1/2 medium lime
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Method
- Slice salmon into 1/4-thick slices, 4 long
- Place strips into a large storage bag or a covered bowl and add remaining ingredients
- Allow to marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator
- Place each strip into the air fryer basket in a single layer
- Adjust the temperature to 140°F and set the timer for 4 hours
- Cool then store in a sealed container until ready to eat
