Air Fryer Spicy Salmon Jerky Recipe

Ingredients

SERVES 4.

  • 1 pound salmon, skin and bones removed
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (or liquid aminos)
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • juice of 1/2 medium lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Method

  1. Slice salmon into 1/4-thick slices, 4 long
  2. Place strips into a large storage bag or a covered bowl and add remaining ingredients
  3. Allow to marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator
  4. Place each strip into the air fryer basket in a single layer
  5. Adjust the temperature to 140°F and set the timer for 4 hours
  6. Cool then store in a sealed container until ready to eat
