Ingredients
SERVES 2.
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 medium lemon
Method
- Place broccoli into a 6 round baking dish
- Pour butter over broccoli
- Add almonds and toss
- Place dish into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 380°F and set the timer for 7 minutes
- Stir halfway through the cooking time
- When timer beeps, zest lemon onto broccoli and squeeze juice into pan
- Toss
- Serve warm
