Air Fryer Loaded Cauliflower Steak Recipe
Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 1 medium head cauliflower
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup full-fat ranch dressing
Method
- Remove cauliflower leaves
- Slice the head in 1/2-thick slices
- In a small bowl, mix hot sauce and butter
- Brush the mixture over the cauliflower
- Place each cauliflower steak into the air fryer, working in batches if necessary
- Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 7 minutes
- When cooked, edges will begin turning dark and caramelized
- To serve, sprinkle steaks with crumbled blue cheese
- Drizzle with ranch dressing
