Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 2 pounds raw chicken wings
- 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
Method
- In a large bowl, place chicken wings, salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and baking powder, then toss
- Place wings into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 25 minutes
- Toss the basket two or three times during the cooking time
- In a small bowl, combine butter, Parmesan, and parsley
- Remove wings from the fryer and place into a clean large bowl
- Pour the butter mixture over the wings and toss until coated
- Serve warm
