Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, drained
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced yellow onion
Method
- In a medium bowl, whisk eggs and add cream
- Add remaining ingredients to bowl
- Pour into a 6 round baking dish
- Place into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 320°F and set the timer for 20 minutes
- Eggs will be firm and slightly browned when cooked
- Serve immediately
