Air Fryer Classic Salmon Patties Recipe

Ingredients

SERVES 2.

  • 2 (5-ounce) pouches cooked pink salmon
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup ground pork rinds
  • 2 tablespoons full-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and form into four patties
  2. Place patties into the air fryer basket
  3. Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 8 minutes
  4. Carefully flip each patty halfway through the cooking time
  5. Patties will be crispy on the outside when fully cooked
