Ingredients
SERVES 2.
- 2 (5-ounce) pouches cooked pink salmon
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup ground pork rinds
- 2 tablespoons full-fat mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons sriracha
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and form into four patties
- Place patties into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 8 minutes
- Carefully flip each patty halfway through the cooking time
- Patties will be crispy on the outside when fully cooked
