Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Recipe
Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 4 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 1/2 (1-ounce) dry ranch seasoning packet
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
Method
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with butter and dry ranch
- Place into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 5 minutes
- Shake the basket two or three times during cooking
- When tender, remove cauliflower from fryer basket and toss in buffalo sauce
- Serve warm
