Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 3 cups riced broccoli, steamed and drained well
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup grated vegetarian Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons low-carb Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Method
- In a large bowl, mix broccoli, egg, and Parmesan
- Cut a piece of parchment to fit your air fryer basket
- Press out the pizza mixture to fit on the parchment, working in two batches if necessary
- Place into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 370°F and set the timer for 5 minutes
- When the timer beeps, the crust should be firm enough to flip
- If not, add 2 additional minutes
- Flip crust
- Top with Alfredo sauce and mozzarella
- Return to the air fryer basket and cook an additional 7 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbling
- Serve warm
