Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 1 large onion, peeled
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 8 slices sugar-free bacon
Method
- Slice onion into 1/4-thick slices
- Brush sriracha over the onion slices
- Take two slices of onion and wrap bacon around the rings
- Repeat with remaining onion and bacon
- Place into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 10 minutes
- Use tongs to flip the onion rings halfway through the cooking time
- When fully cooked, bacon will be crispy
- Serve warm
