Ingredients

Makes about 1/2 cup

  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 tablespoon minced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon minced lemongrass
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Method

  1. In a small bowl, combine the ingredients and mix well
  2. If not using right away, cover and refrigerate until needed
  3. Properly stored, the sauce will keep for 3 to 4 days
