Gourmet Mushrooms Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (455 g) mushrooms
  • ¼ cup (55 g) unsalted butter
  • 1 cup (235 ml) Low-Salt chicken broth
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) white wine
  • 1 tbsp (1.7 g) marjoram
  • 1 tbsp (3 g) chives

Method

  1. Put cleaned mushrooms in slow cooker
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan
  3. Add remaining ingredients
  4. Stir until thoroughly blended and then pour over mushrooms
  5. Cook on high for 4 hours
  6. Yield: 8 servings
  7. Per serving: 89 g water; 75 calories (73% from fat, 13% from protein, 14% from carb)
