Ingredients
- 1 pound (455 g) mushrooms
- ¼ cup (55 g) unsalted butter
- 1 cup (235 ml) Low-Salt chicken broth
- ¼ cup (60 ml) white wine
- 1 tbsp (1.7 g) marjoram
- 1 tbsp (3 g) chives
Method
- Put cleaned mushrooms in slow cooker
- Melt butter in a saucepan
- Add remaining ingredients
- Stir until thoroughly blended and then pour over mushrooms
- Cook on high for 4 hours
- Yield: 8 servings
- Per serving: 89 g water; 75 calories (73% from fat, 13% from protein, 14% from carb)
